How do I add members to a workspace?

Go to Workspace Settings, click "Manage Members", thenyou can select "Add Member" and enter their email.

What is a workspace and how do I manage it?

A workspace is a shared environment for your team. You can create multiple workspaces for different projects. Use the workspace menu to create, rename, or delete workspaces.

Who can manage billing settings?

Only the account owner or admins with billing access can view and change billing information.

How do I add or remove members from my workspace?

You can manage members from the Workspace Settings menu. Click "Manage Members" to invite new members or click the remove icon next to a member's name to remove.

How to Navigate and Build Workflows?

To navigate and build workflows, start from your dashboard by clicking “Create Workflow”. You can choose a ready-made template or build from scratch.

Use the drag-and-drop builder to add steps such as actions, conditions, and triggers—like sending an email or updating a field automatically. Each workflow can be tested using the “Preview” or “Test” feature before going live.

After publishing, you can still edit workflows anytime. The number of workflows you can create depends on your subscription plan.

Can Pipeliner in Dark Mode?

Yes, Pipeliner supports Dark Mode.

You can switch to Dark Mode by going to your Settings and selecting "Appearance" or "Theme". From there, choose Dark Mode to reduce eye strain and work comfortably in low-light environments. The change will apply instantly across your UI.

Can I import my existing customers, products, and data?

Absolutely. You’ll be able to import customers, SKUs, quotes, and historical order data via CSV or other supported sync methods. We also personally guide early users through onboarding.

You can easily import and export your data in Pipeliner.

To import data, go to "Data Management" or "Import" section, choose the data type (like contacts, leads, or accounts), and upload a CSV file following the provided template.

To export data, navigate to the module (e.g., leads, moments), select the records you want, then click "Export" to download them in CSV format. So easily to export.

This helps you keep backups, migrate data, or analyze it externally. Make sure you have the necessary permissions to perform these actions.

Pipeliner Chrome Extension

Access and manage your workspace from anywhere on the web or Gmail with the Pipeliner Chrome extension. Add or update records and lists, view relationship data, discover insights, more.

To access the extension while browsing, click the Pipeliner logo in your toolbar. You can also open the extension in Gmail by clicking the Attio logo on an email.

The first time you open the extension you'll be asked to log in. If you have multiple workspaces, you can select which workspace to use. You can click your workspace logo at the top of the extension to switch to another workspace at any time.
